About the position

As the Senior Vice President of Product Management, you will provide executive leadership that drives innovation and delivery of global Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role focuses on annual revenue growth and maintaining NAVEX's position as an industry leader in GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and technologist, motivated to foster a world-class product culture and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture the product management team to achieve high performance and potential.
• Lead innovative product vision, strategy, and roadmap while managing day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and other teams to develop and execute NAVEX-wide product strategies.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to anticipate customer needs.
• Deliver exceptional products that create real impact for customers.
• Communicate the value proposition of products and roadmap updates internally.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research for continuous improvement.
• Represent NAVEX at industry events as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience driving product innovation and revenue growth for a global SaaS company generating $300M+ in revenue.
• Stellar track record of developing great product teams.
• Deep, hands-on experience with modern product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and product development process.
• Proven ability to identify and prioritize new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
• Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn a vision into reality.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed.
