About the position

The Vice President (VP) of Product Management will lead the Media Mix Modelling solutions team at Publicis Media, focusing on collecting, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing data to enhance the Publicis Operating System. This strategic role involves defining and executing product strategies, mentoring a global team, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation and product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for Media Mix Modelling aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
  • Drive the overall vision for Media Mix Modelling, setting standards for design excellence and innovation.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of product managers, researchers, and engineers.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management organization.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies related to Media Mix Modelling.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypotheses with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execute the product vision.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external partners, including executive leadership.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in the Media Mix Modelling community through speaking engagements and publications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+ years), specifically in Media Mix Modelling and budget optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.
  • Deep understanding of Media Mix Modelling with hands-on experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching data products in a B2B environment.
  • Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
