The Fin Solutions Sr. Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Risk-Weighted-RWA Controllers (RWAC) Cross Assets Aggregation (CAA) within the Capital Controllers Group (CCG) in Finance. This position is primarily focused on internal management reporting and regulatory reporting related to risk-weighted assets (RWA), along with all associated activities that ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst will be responsible for compiling and reviewing various RWA management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, which includes earnings release estimates. This task will be coordinated with exposure leads, the production team, Technology, Risk, and the Global Regulatory Reporting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness. In addition to reporting, the analyst will assist with regulatory reporting related to risk-weighted assets and leverage exposures, ensuring that results reported in quarterly filings comply with US rules and reporting instructions. This involves performing mapping assessments to generate RWA and leverage exposure results, as well as preparing the necessary regulatory reports. The role also includes conducting variance analyses, metric reporting, and addressing requests from internal stakeholders, including audit and validation teams, as well as regulators. The analyst will provide support for various enhancements and the implementation of new requirements, ensuring that all processes align with the firm's standards and regulatory expectations. Furthermore, the analyst is expected to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating a commitment to the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This includes driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, and applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and business practices. The role may also involve escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, ensuring that all actions taken are in the best interest of the organization and its stakeholders.
