About the position

As a Senior Video Producer & Editor in Brand Filmmaking at Intuit, you will lead the development and production of video content for brand campaigns, events, and experiences. This role emphasizes collaboration and creativity, requiring a strong background in brand filmmaking and commercial production, particularly in editing and post-production workflows. You will work closely with various teams to create compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and align with Intuit's mission to power prosperity around the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and production of video creative across brand campaigns, events, and experiences.
• Collaborate with design, copy, video, and strategy partners to create engaging video content.
• Manage and direct external editors, post-production partners, and agencies.
• Utilize audience insights to inform creative concepts and storytelling.
• Oversee post workflows for video editing and motion graphics in deliverables.
• Stay updated on trends in brand storytelling and experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing, producing, and editing video content for leading brands and/or agencies.
• Experience integrating motion design in video production and post-production workflows.
• Proven record of delivering engaging, creative, premium video deliverables across various productions and budgets.
• Ability to balance multiple productions of varying scope simultaneously.
• Excellent creativity, problem-solving skills, and a keen business sense.
• Strong communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build strong relationships.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Fluency in Adobe Premiere and Google Slides.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience and fluency in creating elevated motion design.
• Familiarity with Gsuite, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.
• Experience with co-creation and/or design thinking methodologies.
