Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization, functionality, and readiness of the in-house studio, including managing equipment inventory and scheduling.
• Lead and execute video shoots and recordings, including setup, lighting, audio recording, and talent direction.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating audio, light animation, and motion graphics, while implementing stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams and vendors to develop video concepts, production plans, and schedules.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to video equipment and software, staying current on industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production with a strong emphasis on studio management and on-site shooting.
• Expert-level knowledge of video cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a studio environment, including equipment inventory and scheduling.
• Proven ability to plan and execute video shoots independently, including setup, lighting, audio recording, and directing talent.
• Strong video editing skills with the ability to create polished and engaging content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
