About the position

The Videographer position at Front Row involves creating polished and engaging video content for various clients in the beauty, food, and lifestyle sectors. This role is integral to the Creative Team, requiring collaboration with other creatives and account managers to develop and deliver high-quality commercial and social media content. The position is based in the San Diego office, which features a dedicated studio for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, concept, and pitch creative video ideas internally.
• Collaborate with the Senior Video Producers and other team members to execute video projects.
• Create polished and engaging long and short-form videos.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Edit videos on quick timelines and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video production.
• Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Encoder, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows including syncing sound, color correction, and transcoding.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics and ability to create graphics from scratch.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proactive and autonomous work ethic.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience on set and/or in studio.
• Agency experience.
• Experience in beauty, food, or lifestyle sectors.
