About the position

The Senior Visual Communications Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the One North brand through the creation of high-quality sales and marketing materials. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skill to produce visually compelling content that effectively communicates messages across various platforms. The designer will collaborate with business development and marketing teams, contributing to a multidisciplinary design effort that supports the company's growth and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations for proposals, pitches, and case studies.
• Create research reports that are both informative and visually compelling.
• Develop brochures and other related collateral.
• Create engaging social media assets and templates that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Design and manage effective templates for PowerPoint, Word, emails, and newsletters.
• Create landing page designs and website/blog assets to support marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide design support for One North events, including invitations, registration sites, event app assets, promo imagery and video, signage and staging, swag, name badges, and presentation support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for websites, webinars, internal and external campaigns, and events and tradeshows.
• Maintain brand consistency across all collateral and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house design/brand team.
• Highly skilled in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communications work, demonstrating brand expression and information graphics.
• Skilled in creating and modifying templates in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• A strong sense of good storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for creativity and innovation.
