About the position

The Senior Visual Communications Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the One North brand through the creation of high-quality sales and marketing materials. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skill to produce visually compelling content that effectively communicates messages across various platforms. The designer will collaborate with business development and marketing teams to support their efforts while maintaining brand consistency and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations for proposals, pitches, and case studies.
• Create research reports that are both informative and visually compelling.
• Develop brochures and other related collateral.
• Create engaging social media assets and templates that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Design and manage effective templates for PowerPoint, Word, emails, and newsletters.
• Create landing page designs and website/blog assets to support marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide design support for One North events, including invitations, registration sites, event app assets, promo imagery and video, signage and staging, swag, name badges, and presentation support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for websites, webinars, internal and external campaigns, and events and tradeshows.
• Maintain brand consistency across all collateral and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house design/brand team.
• Highly skilled in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communications work, demonstrating brand expression and information graphics.
• Ability to synthesize and visualize ideas, concepts, and business offerings into compelling presentations.
• Skilled in creating and modifying templates in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for creativity and innovation.
