About the position

As a key member of the Product Design Team at Moveworks, you will play a crucial role in delivering business-critical visual experiences that empower our Enterprise Stakeholders and end users. Your work will enable companies to leverage the Moveworks AI Platform, providing support to their employees in innovative and creative ways. This position requires a self-driven designer who is constantly thinking about the functionality and perception of experiences, as well as their visual appeal. You will be challenged to identify the most significant pain points in Enterprise product visual designs, collaborating with top-tier product designers, product managers, and engineering teams. In this role, you will work within a cross-functional team to inspire, define, and build delightful visual designs while enriching established design systems for product experiences. You will rapidly produce strong conceptual and expressive designs that are engaging and reflect a cohesive visual style and tone. Your responsibilities will include seeking out creative opportunities to improve existing styles and approaches, executing product experiences for developers, admins, and end users, and inspiring your teammates through constructive feedback and respectful critique. Additionally, you will contribute to the evolution of design systems and processes to scale production efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business-critical visual experiences for Enterprise Stakeholders and end users.
• Work in a cross-functional team to inspire, define, and build delightful visual designs.
• Rapidly produce strong conceptual and expressive designs that reflect a cohesive visual style and tone.
• Seek out creative opportunities to improve existing design styles and approaches.
• Execute product experiences across various user roles, including developers, admins, and end users.
• Inspire teammates and provide constructive feedback and critique.
• Contribute to evolving design systems and processes to enhance production efforts.

Requirements

• Proven ability to create innovative visual experiences on multiple high-velocity projects.
• Experience designing visual UI systems and creating graphic design elements, including illustrations and iconography.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey proposed designs clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
• Knowledge in digital product design, spec design, and asset production, with proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Experience in building Design Systems is preferred.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills, with the ability to identify problems and work towards solutions.
