Responsibilities

• Shape the visual language of a revolutionary health and finance brand across all channels.
• Drive our visual expression forward and shape it into something truly special.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and writing teams to create campaigns, viral stunts, product launches, welcome kits, emails, physical cards, and more.
• Evolve our visual aesthetic through constant experimentation, staying ahead of the curve.
• Elevate the look and feel of everything we do by bringing a level of polish and magic into everything we ship.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in visual design at a creative agency or in-house design team.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for motion design or illustration).
• Proven design portfolio that showcases your eye for good design and attention to detail.
• Proven highly collaborative in a remote-first environment and enjoy sharing work early and often.
• Proven comfortability with the ambiguity that comes with working on an early-stage brand.
• Proven self-starter-there's always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer.
