About the position

The Senior Visual Designer will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the brand identity through innovative design and compelling visual storytelling. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create visually impactful assets that resonate with the target audience, ensuring that the designs align with both creative vision and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of visual assets across various platforms (digital, print, social media, advertising, etc.), ensuring consistent and effective representation of the brand identity.
• Develop and refine creative concepts that strengthen brand identity and engage customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and photography teams to create cohesive campaigns, from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a focus on brand identity, photography, and marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design work, including brand identity systems, photography, digital media, and marketing campaigns.
• Experience leading photography projects, from conceptualization to execution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and how design influences consumer behavior.
