About the position

As a Senior Visual Designer at Huge, you will create innovative and visually stunning designs for digital products. This role emphasizes collaboration with project teams and inspiring design teams to push creative boundaries. You will maintain high standards for original concepts and detailed execution, contributing significantly to the design process and ensuring user-centric approaches in your work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Visual Design Lead (VDL), UX, and Development teams.
• Provide pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs.
• Work with the established Design System (DS) to evolve the library and build innovative experience proposals.
• Create mockups with light interaction prototypes in Figma and provide the development team with handoffs and export assets.
• Conceptualize different designs for modules or pages, requiring strong visual design skills and best practices for mobile and web UIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in responsive design, understanding how typography, imagery, and components scale across breakpoints.
• Familiarity with design systems thinking and documentation.
• Experience communicating with developers and understanding front-end constraints.
• Understanding of photography in brand expressions and appropriate imagery selection.
• Previous experience presenting work to internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and software.
• Experience designing innovative layouts and designs that scale across platforms.
• User-centric design approach with a focus on accessibility and contextual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
