About the position

The Senior Visual Designer at Gupta Media will play a crucial role in connecting with audiences through various visual mediums, including digital ad campaigns, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, web design, events, motion/video, print, and social media. This position requires a creative individual who is passionate about design, collaborative, and capable of refining concepts based on feedback while striving for excellence in their work.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual designs across multiple platforms including digital, print, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to present design ideas and concepts.
• Extend visual ideas across various mediums, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and improve overall quality.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements

• A related 4-year degree in design or a similar field.
• 4+ years of agency experience in visual design.
• Strong visual and information design skills, demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, with additional skills in motion graphics using Adobe Animate and After Effects.
