About the position

Lutron is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their Creative Services team in Conshohocken, PA. This role involves collaborating with a creative team to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates the company's message. The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that engage the target audience and drive desired actions, while also ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and staying updated with design trends.

Responsibilities

• Execute the design of marketing assets as specified by creative briefs under the direction of creative leadership and the program team
• Work on projects from initial development to final execution and production with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate closely with other creative teams, such as the copy and web design teams, to ensure that all visual and verbal elements align with the overall brand guidelines, project objectives, and narrative
• Work with internal stakeholders, including the marketing and sales teams, to understand each project's requirements and goals
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions
• Assist creative leadership in improving the conceptual, technical, and creative performance of staff within your team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure the company's visual communications remain fresh, relevant, and impactful
• Be a steward of good design to ensure deliverables meet or exceed design objectives

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in digital and print visual design
• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00
• Portfolio that shows strategic and conceptual design applied across a range of print and digital media, including ads, brochures, social media content, sell sheets, and sales presentations
• Proven sense of visual style: strong layout, typography, and visual design standards
• A passion for quality and craft
