About the position

The Senior Visual Designer at Earnest will lead the creative vision for comprehensive campaigns, focusing on enhancing digital experiences and brand consistency across various platforms. This role is pivotal in refining the brand design systems and collaborating with multiple teams to elevate the customer journey, particularly in the fintech and student loan sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision for full 360 campaigns with a focus on digital, print, experiential, and photography/video content.
• Refine brand design systems as the company grows.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and product design teams to enhance the customer journey across all platforms.
• Develop user-centered designs for Earnest's responsive website.
• Ensure visual brand consistency and alignment with Earnest's mission.
• Build, refine, and promote the adoption of design systems for scalability and sustainability.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio in digital/print/web design.
• Proven experience in dotcom design, landing pages, and responsive web instances.
• Great working knowledge of photography and video production.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of strategy and influence when interfacing with executive stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus but not required.
