About the position

The Senior Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems to optimize operations. This role involves analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency. The analyst will also train team members and ensure compliance with established policies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the organization
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency
• Train team members on the use of warehouse management systems
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
• Identify and address potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role
• 1+ years of analytical experience
