About the position

We're seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to play a key role in our Wealth Design team, creating cutting-edge experiences for financial professionals. This role is for a skilled designer who can transform complex financial data into intuitive, user-friendly solutions that delight our customers. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our product development process, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers. You'll apply user-centric design principles to transform how financial tools are conceived, developed, and used, contributing to the implementation of our product operating model focused on outcomes and rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to develop a deep understanding of wealth management users.
• Translate research findings into actionable design solutions.
• Interpret data to inform design decisions and leverage user data for continuous improvement.
• Craft visually appealing and cohesive designs that enhance the overall user experience.
• Design intuitive interactions and user flows for seamless navigation.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
• Contribute to and help maintain the design system and guidelines.
• Articulate design decisions and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workloads.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience using metrics to inform design decisions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design intuitive interfaces for complex digital products.
• Experience leading user research and applying insights to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Quick to grasp new concepts and eager to apply design skills to new domains.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with tools and platforms for data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Strong skills in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma.
