In this role, the designer will be responsible for the overall design and oversight of the website, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's creative expression. This includes site design, user experience, email campaigns, digital advertisements, direct mail, and exploring emerging channels that support ecommerce initiatives. The Senior Web Designer will guide team members through the digital creative process, working in tandem with the creative director to maintain a consistent brand vision and adhere to established guidelines. The position requires the creation of various digital content types, including web graphics, infographics, social media advertising, video content, and animated GIFs. The designer will also lead and coordinate seasonal photoshoots with external vendors to produce high-quality product imagery that enhances brand content. A strong focus on results-oriented design and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement are essential, as the designer will be expected to bring a spirit of experimentation to elevate the consumer experience.
