About the position
The Senior Website Privacy Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in advising clients on implementing website privacy measures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. This position focuses on optimizing digital marketing and advertising technologies in a compliant and customer-friendly manner, leveraging a strong background in ad-tech and mar-tech.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website and ad-tech/mar-tech stacks to identify privacy compliance and cybersecurity risks.
- Develop and implement privacy solutions to meet regulatory requirements and privacy-by-design standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data practices while safeguarding user privacy.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and compliance testing, providing actionable reports and recommendations.
- Stay current on evolving privacy regulations and trends in ad-tech and mar-tech.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ad-tech/mar-tech with a focus on privacy and data compliance.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
- Skilled in data flow analysis, tagging, cookie management, and privacy-related web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex privacy issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
