About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner/Manager to lead the Client Platform Support team, focusing on enhancing the digital client experience for Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) clients. This role involves managing the core online experience for advised and self-service clients, supporting digital strategy and requirements, and ensuring effective stakeholder management across WIM Digital. The position requires collaboration with Experience Design and Technology teams to improve features and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to teams on agile cadences, dependency, and risk management.
• Lead daily standups with the agile scrum team and participate in planning and refinement sessions.
• Draft business product requirements in collaboration with experience design and ADA partners.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
• Review and analyze complex content strategy, customer experience, and product management.
• Collaborate and consult with peers and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Communicate with leaders on strategy, roadmap, and initiative status.
• Participate in business continuity planning events and regression testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

• Financial services industry experience (brokerage, trading, compliance, risk)
• 2+ years of Agile experience
• Experience with tracking tools for user stories, UAT, or backlogs, such as Confluence or JIRA
• Experience with back-end administrative tools (i.e. ServiceNow, BETA, Site Admin, JIRA)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience partnering with product owners and LOBs in a matrix environment
• Experience partnering with Legal, Risk & Compliance team members for policy and process review
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (PPT, Excel, OneNote) for analyzing feedback and identifying trends.
