About the position

As a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator at CBRE, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This role is integral to the Workplace Experience function, ensuring a welcoming environment and managing various operational tasks to enhance the overall experience of individuals entering the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors entering the facility, greeting them warmly.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
  • Escort visitors to their designated locations within the building.
  • Answer phone calls professionally to create a positive first impression.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as necessary.
  • Address issues with vendors or staff as they arise.
  • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers appropriately.
  • Provide support for the team, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
  • Create customized client materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure safety.
  • Recognize and resolve typical and atypical problems independently.
  • Evaluate and select solutions from established options to impact team quality.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • Established understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills in various processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills to review and select solutions without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed information clearly and concisely within the team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
