About the position
The Sensory Scientist role involves working with leading FMCG brands to conduct sensory analysis and manage sensory panels. The position requires leading panel sessions, creating proposals, and writing client reports, with a focus on fulfilling client needs and ensuring quality in sensory projects. Responsibilities
- Lead sensory panel sessions and manage day-to-day operations.
- Create proposals and write client reports efficiently.
- Lead sensory projects from initial briefing to data analysis for senior applicants.
- Ensure fulfillment of client needs and KPIs through research design and panel session planning.
- Collaborate with local sensory and HR teams to recruit and train new panelists.
- Work closely with clients' internal sensory scientists.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sensory panel leading.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Competence in Word, Excel, and email; training will be provided for relevant software.
- Passion for Sensory Science and a desire for new challenges.
