About the position

The Sentinel Deployment Program Manager will oversee the transition and deployment activities from the Minuteman III to the Sentinel ICBM weapon system. This role involves managing programmatic and technical aspects, ensuring timely delivery of a safe and reliable strategic nuclear weapon system, and supporting the government and support contract team at Hill AFB, UT.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sentinel Government and Support Contract team in document creation, review, and assessment.
• Conduct deployment modeling analysis and various tasks related to the transition from Minuteman III to Sentinel.
• Facilitate and execute internal and external meetings to support the program.
• Represent Transition and Deployment in working groups with government customers and outside agencies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of content in programmatic and technical briefings, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen with active Secret (or higher) security clearance.
• 10 years of experience in direct Program Management (8 years with a master's degree).
• ICBM Maintenance or Operations Experience.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Management, Technical or Construction field.
• Active Top Secret clearance & SCI Eligible.
• Understanding of comprehensive logistics & management activities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Recent ICBM experience within the last 5 years at Numbered Air Force, Major Command, or Headquarters Air Force levels.
