Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Data Visualization Engineer to support the Sentinel program. This position will be located in Roy, Utah; Huntsville, Alabama; Colorado Springs, Colorado or Bellevue, Nebraska. The role involves developing data visualizations using Tableau, leveraging best practices in data science and user interface/user experience design. You will document assumptions of algorithms and data taxonomy to describe the authenticity of data visualization trends and forecasts, forecast and trend data elements to help users avoid future problems, and utilize data reduction and summarization techniques to describe underlying principles within the data. You will work closely with the Data Integration and Analytics technical lead to develop and grow your understanding of standards and best practices within the DIA team and the Sentinel program as a whole.
