As the Head of Commercial Strategy & Business Development for the newly launched Sentrisk? platform at Marsh, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and sales strategy of this innovative AI-powered platform. Sentrisk? integrates best-in-market data capabilities with over 150 years of Marsh McLennan's risk expertise, empowering companies to take control of their supply chain risk. In this critical leadership position, you will frame and support the implementation of the Sentrisk? venture strategy from launch to scale, ensuring that the commercial and product strategy is deeply rooted in an understanding of client and market dynamics, as well as the overall objectives of Marsh McLennan. Your responsibilities will include directly supporting the Sentrisk? leadership team in decision-making processes, managing communications with investors and advisory boards, and overseeing external communications. You will own the go-to-market strategy and roadmap, collaborating with various teams to support the overall commercial proposition across core Sentrisk? business pillars, which include Brokerage Services, Risk Advisory and Consulting, and Financial Services. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional leads to establish business requirements that guide development and act as a liaison to distribution teams, primarily within Marsh, to activate the sales force. As you support the Sentrisk? Commercial Director, you will also help build out the commercial team and operating model, fostering a high-performing team culture. This role is essential in ensuring that Sentrisk? not only meets but exceeds its growth targets, leveraging Marsh's extensive resources and expertise in the insurance and risk management sectors.
