SEO Account Manager

About the position

Croud is a marketing and media agency that focuses on performance-driven growth for brands. With a unique approach that integrates brand and performance, the agency leverages analytics to drive results. The New York office, located in SoHo, is home to over 100 skilled marketers who are dedicated to innovation and delivering exceptional work for clients. The agency is looking for an SEO Manager to support senior leadership and manage SEO scopes for clients, utilizing both internal resources and a network of specialists to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement client SEO strategy in collaboration with senior managers and directors.
• Drive the implementation and development of client Account Development Plans (ADPs).
• Innovate new ideas, techniques, and products for client strategy development.
• Manage client performance activities including optimization and best practices.
• Ensure high-quality client implementation from the Croudie Network.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and troubleshoot SEO data anomalies.
• Deliver excellent communication and client service standards.
• Contribute to internal training and development sessions.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry news and suggest improvements to methodologies.
• Support Croud marketing activities and contribute to case studies.
• Participate in the new business process and pitching.

Requirements

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Degree level education or relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to present meaningful stories through data.
• Technical understanding of Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
