About the position

As an SEO Manager at Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing online visibility for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our digital presence is optimized for search engines, thereby enhancing user engagement and driving conversions. In this position, you will conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization. You will implement both on-page and off-page SEO best practices to enhance website performance, ensuring that our content is not only relevant but also easily discoverable by search engines. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and meets user intent. Monitoring and analyzing website performance will be a critical part of your role. You will utilize various SEO tools and Google Analytics to track progress and make data-driven decisions. Staying updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes will be essential to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge. You will also conduct regular SEO audits, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. In addition, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns will complement your organic search efforts, ensuring a holistic approach to digital marketing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, will be necessary to implement SEO recommendations effectively. Keeping abreast of emerging trends in digital marketing and search engine optimization will further enhance your strategies and execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with PPC advertising is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO management.
