About the position

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dealership group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across all three of our stores that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Optimize conversion rates through effective call-to-action strategies and landing page enhancements.
  • Manage the company's WordPress website by updating content and ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS is a plus for content customization.
  • Experience with E-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights that can inform strategy.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for creating compelling content.
  • Familiarity with various social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
