This full-time position is based in Industry, CA, and involves creating and managing content across various platforms, collaborating with multiple teams, and participating in content strategy planning to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage content across various platforms including website, social media, product descriptions, video scripts, and digital advertising.
• Design and update instructional manuals for products, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to produce compelling marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure best practices in content creation.
• Participate in content strategy planning to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Travel as needed to industry events, tradeshows, and company locations for content creation and strategy implementation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Creation, or a similar role, with a focus on instructional content for consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in related software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and WordPress.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging way.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with content management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between company locations as needed.
