About the position

VIP Automotive Group of Long Island is seeking an experienced SEO Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for driving traffic, enhancing search engine rankings, and boosting our overall online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns. The SEO Growth Manager will be responsible for creating a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at dominating organic search results for all relevant search terms related to our products and brands in the market. This position requires a data-driven approach to analyze keywords and SEO techniques to optimize our search presence effectively. In this role, you will develop specific goals and best practices tailored for each of our dealerships to drive traffic growth and improve page conversions. You will also be tasked with generating local backlinks to enhance our domain authority and managing website traffic and conversions across all pages to achieve optimal results. Regular monitoring and analysis of website performance using the latest SEO tools will be essential, as will creating detailed product pages and collaborating with our agency to develop engaging content. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits of the website to identify and address any issues, participate in meetings with General Managers to identify growth opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective. Responsibilities

  • Create an SEO strategy focused on dominating organic search results for all relevant search terms for our products and brands in our market.
  • Analyze keywords and SEO techniques to optimize our search presence.
  • Develop specific goals and best practices for each of our dealerships to drive traffic growth and improve page conversions.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting for all areas of SEO, including search terms, page performance, conversion rates, appointments, and sales.
  • Generate local backlinks to boost our domain authority.
  • Manage websites, traffic, and conversions across all pages to achieve the best results.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using the latest SEO tools.
  • Create detailed product pages and collaborate with agency to develop engaging content.
  • Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and address issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings with GM's to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven SEO experience with a strong track record of performance.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive SEO strategies and reporting.
