About the position

As the SEO Manager at Solo Brands LLC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies aimed at driving both organic and paid traffic to the company's website. This role involves collaboration with agency partners and internal teams to ensure that SEO and SEM strategies align with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and target audiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns in collaboration with agency partners across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and SEM trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Perform A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve landing page performance and user experience.
  • Monitor competitor SEO/SEM strategies and adjust campaigns to stay competitive in the market.
  • Manage SEM budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-efficient and optimized for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO/SEM.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
