About the position

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a SEO Marketing Analyst to enhance brand visibility and drive high-quality leads through effective SEO, SEM, and local search marketing strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing search marketing efforts, leveraging technical SEO, on-page and off-page strategies, and paid search campaigns to convert organic traffic into sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to collaborate with partners and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO audits, on-page and off-page optimization, content optimization, and backlink strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, crawlability, and site architecture to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure competitive digital presence.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO technology partner strategy aimed at maximizing revenue growth with reseller partners.
  • Establish a cohesive approach between organic social media and SEO efforts to maximize visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and other technical SEO elements.
  • Analyze and improve site speed, mobile performance, and accessibility for a seamless experience across devices.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad testing to maximize performance.
  • Monitor ad budget and optimize bids, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to achieve campaign goals.
  • Manage local SEO, including optimizing Google Business Profiles and ensuring consistent local listings.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance local search rankings and quantify leads driven by regional efforts.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of SEO and SEM strategies, including organic traffic growth and conversion rates.
  • Produce regular performance reports, analyze data to uncover trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, and growth marketing.
  • Proven experience in technical SEO and optimizing local search performance.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, and similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
