To support that growth, we are planning a major expansion of our marketing and advertising activities and we are seeking an SEO / Email Marketing Manager. Our award-winning company has been in business for over 30 years, with sales and operations in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay area. We are a member of Montlake Capital's portfolio of companies and are well positioned for rapid expansion and future growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional with a strong consumer background who will drive search engine ranking, content strategy, and increase site performance across multiple sites. Experience with marketing automation (email especially) is a huge plus. The SEO / Email Marketing Manager will work closely with the company's leadership team to develop and implement effective site and content strategies across multiple home services verticals. A strong sense of ownership plus solid writing/content, analytic and organizational skills are critical. In this role, you will have ownership of the company website SEO and content, manage the company SEM, analyze and measure campaign ROI results, and deliver presentations on campaign plans and results to the leadership team. You will create and manage marketing communications to drive awareness and sales, including advertising, digital marketing and e-commerce, email marketing, social media marketing, direct mail advertising, and print and radio ads. You will develop an in-depth understanding of campaign performance success metrics, and prioritize accordingly. Proactively build collaboration and partnership with sales departments to deploy effective campaigns and results reporting.
