About the position

The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating E-commerce and Marketplace platforms, including Amazon and eBay. This full-time role involves managing inventory, creating product listings, and ensuring effective communication with customers. The specialist will collaborate with management to optimize stock levels and pricing, analyze platform performance, and implement strategies for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update E-commerce/Marketplace platforms including Amazon and eBay.
• List and update inventory, managing stock levels.
• Create new product listings and communicate with customers on Marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate with the manager to develop and monitor stock levels, listings, and pricing.
• Analyze and report on the performance of each platform.
• Write, proofread, and edit listings across all platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis findings to drive business growth.
• Prepare and present reports on Marketplace performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of various marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and self-management skills.
• Proficient in Office Excel Spreadsheets.
