About the position

Care.com is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, SEO to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for its products. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, and optimizing user experiences to enhance customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly in SEO, and will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics teams to deliver impactful growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product roadmap to grow Care's organic visibility and performance.
• Understand consumer needs and improve tools and technology to drive growth.
• Translate SEO opportunities into structured product initiatives and validate through experiments.
• Build a roadmap based on cross-functional objectives and inspire the engineering team.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with dependencies beyond the team's domain.
• Analyze organic metrics to make data-driven decisions balancing short-term revenue and long-term value.
• Prioritize impactful initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of product experience, including leadership of an engineering team.
• Experience in SEO, data analysis, and problem-solving for customers.
• Strong data fluency and ability to use analytical tools and SQL.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete data and optimize for learning.
• Experience in storytelling with qualitative and quantitative data to influence stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
