About the position

As an SEO Specialist at Haley Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to enhance site visibility and rankings for clients in the staffing industry. This role involves conducting technical audits, performing keyword research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. You will engage directly with clients to craft and execute tailored SEO strategies while monitoring site performance and producing detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly calls with clients to review SEO performance and outline upcoming strategies.
• Perform comprehensive site audits and implement critical technical SEO updates.
• Develop and implement quarterly SEO strategies, optimizing existing pages, creating new ones, and driving content authority.
• Optimize new website builds with a focus on SEO best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
• Implement on-page SEO optimizations, including title tags, meta descriptions, and page structures.
• Collaborate with web developers to enhance site functionality and performance.
• Build detailed custom SEO reports using GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party tools.
• Clearly communicate SEO strategies and results to clients.

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience.
• Expertise with GA4, Google Search Console, WordPress, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients via phone and Zoom.
• Willingness to learn about - and use - AI.
• Ability to manage 20-25 clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Great attitude and desire to be part of a team.
