About the position

The SEO/SEM/Pay Per Click Mentor at Accelerator Centre is a contractor or consultant role focused on providing expert guidance to high-potential entrepreneurs in the areas of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. The mentor will help startups develop effective digital marketing strategies to enhance their online visibility, drive traffic, and increase revenue. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of both paid and organic marketing approaches, and the ability to mentor clients in implementing these strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a unified SEO and SEM strategy for startups.
  • Advise startups on coordinating SEO and SEM keyword strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Mentor startups in setting up and optimizing SEM campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Teach best practices for writing effective ad copy and conducting A/B testing for performance optimization.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including structuring ad groups and selecting bidding strategies.
  • Analyze PPC-specific metrics and set up conversion tracking for performance evaluation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to identify opportunities.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions and ensure alignment with SEM objectives.
  • Consult with the AC Programs team to meet client needs and update CRM with time tracking and notes.
  • Participate in monthly mentor team meetings and other required AC meetings.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising for PPC campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies and their integration.
  • Experience in writing compelling ad copy and optimizing for high click-through rates.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and interpreting PPC metrics like CTR and conversion rates.
  • Experience with landing page optimization tools and techniques for conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with bid management and automation tools for efficient campaign management.
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to entrepreneurs and startups.
