About the position

Digi Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated SEO & SEM Specialist to optimize clients' websites for search engines, manage PPC advertising campaigns, and drive both organic and paid traffic to achieve online marketing goals. This role involves developing SEO strategies, managing SEM campaigns, optimizing content, and providing analytical insights to enhance client success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings.
  • Create and implement SEO strategies tailored to individual client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Develop and manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Run ads on social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor ad budgets, bids, and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for SEO.
  • Ensure that content is keyword-rich, relevant, and engaging.
  • Conduct content audits and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Generate regular reports on SEO and SEM performance using data and analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Communicate SEO and SEM strategies and results to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
