About the position

Digi Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated SEO & SEM Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our clients' websites for search engines, managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns, and driving both organic and paid traffic to achieve their online marketing goals. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the visibility of our clients' online presence and ensuring they meet their marketing objectives effectively. As an SEO & SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to individual client needs. This includes conducting thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization, performing both on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website rankings, and continuously monitoring and analyzing website performance using various SEO tools and analytics. Your role will also involve managing PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. You will optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance while keeping a close eye on ad budgets, bids, and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with content creators will be essential as you work to optimize website content for SEO, ensuring that it is keyword-rich, relevant, and engaging. You will conduct content audits and provide recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you will generate regular reports on SEO and SEM performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Effective communication with clients is key, as you will need to convey SEO and SEM strategies and results clearly, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor will be a significant aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and actions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
