About the position

As an SEO & SEM Specialist at MAJORITY, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Online Sales team based in Miami. MAJORITY is a pioneering mobile banking service designed specifically for migrants, and we are dedicated to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their dreams in their new countries. In this position, you will oversee the optimization and testing strategies for various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, App Store Optimization (ASO), and landing page performance. Your expertise will be essential in launching, managing, and fine-tuning digital campaigns across multiple paid search platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and regular reports on analytics and search performance KPIs, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective. Collaboration is key in this role; you will liaise with the Web team to write tickets and communicate online priorities, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals. Staying updated with the latest trends in search will be vital, as you will need to ensure that our strategies remain innovative and competitive. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing team to synchronize search strategies with other digital campaigns, creating a cohesive approach to our online presence. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the optimization and testing strategies for SEO, SEM, ASO, and landing page performance.
