About the position

We are looking for a talented Website Developer and SEO/AD Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves designing, developing, and maintaining client websites while implementing effective SEO and digital advertising strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using modern web development practices and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance across all devices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new features and updates that support business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and optimize website content.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and social media advertising, analyzing data to optimize performance and ROI.
• Create regular reports on website performance, SEO rankings, and advertising metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Website Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
