About the position

The SEO Specialist at Youtech is responsible for enhancing clients' online visibility through effective search engine optimization strategies. This full-time, in-house role focuses on managing SEO tactics, analyzing performance, and implementing innovative solutions to drive organic traffic to client websites. The position emphasizes continuous personal and professional development, aligning with Youtech's commitment to growth and excellence in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute SEO tactics and campaign configurations.
• Utilize Google and Bing services, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google My Business, and Bing Places.
• Deploy effective local and long-tail search strategies.
• Provide regular reporting on client search performance to the project management team and senior management.
• Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming and recurring clients.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy.
• Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy.
• Keep pace with SEO, search engines, and internet marketing industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Updated knowledge of industry trends.
