About the position

We are seeking a part-time SEO Specialist with experience in local healthcare business to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies, utilizing backlinks and managing Google My Business. This role involves analyzing, optimizing, and implementing effective SEO techniques to improve our online visibility and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content that aligns with digital marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Manage social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement while supporting overall SEO efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in local SEO (required)
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies
  • Experience with Google My Business
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager

Nice-to-haves
