About the position

The SEO Specialist will be a key member of the B2B marketing team, responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance the company's online presence and drive organic traffic to the website. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze website performance metrics and collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization
• Analyzing website performance metrics and providing actionable insights
• Developing and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Monitoring search engine rankings and adjusting strategies as necessary
• Collaborating with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes
• Preparing regular reports on SEO performance and presenting findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SEO and SEM
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Up to date knowledge of AI/Market trends in SEO practices
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
