About the position

Vuori is seeking an SEO Specialist to join our E-Commerce team, focusing on maintaining the technical SEO health of our website and driving the creation of optimized content to enhance our organic search presence. This role involves collaboration with various teams to develop and implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and monitor website performance to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution, optimization, and reporting of Vuori's SEO strategy using SEMrush.
• Perform thorough keyword research to identify and prioritize new content opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an SEO road map in partnership with Performance Marketing.
• Optimize product names and descriptions in collaboration with Merchandising and Site Merch teams.
• Incorporate organic search considerations into content strategy with Performance and Brand Marketing teams.
• Implement enhancements to website architecture and content to improve SERP positions for target keywords.
• Collaborate with the paid search team to optimize SERP presence and ROI on paid search ad spend.
• Monitor website performance metrics to identify technical SEO problems and prioritize issues.
• Create content briefs using the Conductor platform for blog posts and other content pages.
• Monitor competitor activities and maintain records for marketing teams.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly SEO reports on KPI progress and organic growth.
• Maintain content strategy and optimization guides.
• Provide training to other marketing team members as needed.
• Stay updated on changes to key search algorithms to ensure content optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SEO specialist or in a similar role at a large company or agency, preferably with a DTC brand.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms such as Conductor and Semrush.
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification preferred.
• Strong grammatical and creative writing skills for reviewing and proofing marketing text.
• Exceptional project management skills, preferably using Asana or similar platforms.
• Shopify Plus experience preferred.
• International SEO experience is a plus.
