About the position

The SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of clients by developing and implementing effective SEO strategies. This position focuses on increasing website traffic and generating valuable leads through innovative techniques and staying updated with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Analytics accounts and Google Search Console properties.
• Conduct extensive keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Perform comprehensive website audits for SEO, including broken link checks, 301 redirects, XML sitemap setups, and robot.txt optimizations.
• Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, interlinking, outbound linking, image alt tags, title tags, and image sizes.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, including server-side optimization, structured data, and mobile SEO.
• Develop and manage content strategies that align with SEO goals.
• Execute link-building strategies and outreach to enhance domain authority.
• Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) for analysis and optimization.
• Provide clients with detailed optimization, ranking, and analytics reports.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts.
• Set and achieve specific performance metrics (KPIs) to measure SEO success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current trends.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and software to enhance optimization efforts.
