About the position

RedRover is seeking a seasoned SEO Specialist to enhance the visibility and ranking of client websites through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies. This role is crucial to the client production team and requires a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords for website content.
  • Create and optimize website content to align with target keywords while ensuring high quality and user engagement.
  • Optimize website content for on-page SEO factors such as title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
  • Implement off-page optimization strategies, including building backlinks and collaborating with external websites.
  • Track and analyze website rankings and traffic data using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting website visibility and ranking.
  • Implement technical optimization strategies to improve website speed, performance, and structure.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to mobile-first indexing standards.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reports on major metrics and goals tracking.
  • Manage web analytic dashboards and reports, highlighting key areas of importance according to client goals.
  • Collaborate with team and management on project status, timelines, and results.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance SERPs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience executing and implementing high-performing SEO strategies for B2B clients.
  • Current GA4 certification.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to relate facts and findings to broader strategies.
  • Affinity for results and tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent follow-through and organization skills.
  • Data visualization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B clients in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial industries.
