About the position

NTT DATA is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented SEO Web Content Analyst to join our great team. We support a project/customer that 'reduces the burden of human illness and disability by understanding how the environment influences the development and progression of human disease.' Responsibilities

• Work with a team of web and application developers and designer to support web sites and online applications for a government research institute.
• Complete small website edits requested by customers, gather requirements to assist the developers in creating plans for larger projects, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites.
• Communicate with customers, understand the requirement gathering process, document work/time details in job tracking system and be flexible to change priorities if the customer's priorities change.
• Develop materials and conduct training on various web topics. Develop and manage internal procedures and documents.
• Review websites, analyze traffic to/from the websites and evaluate future enhancements to improve usability, SEO and page traffic.
• Meet frequently with colleagues to discuss goals for the day and week, collaborate with colleagues when needed, work independently on web change edits and coding and review work by colleagues.
• Stay current with technological developments in software development, systems and application support, as well as management and user support practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in analysts position to include quantitative analytical skills, preferably within the web development field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with any Content Management System preferably Drupal.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Should possess or have ability to obtain Public Trust background clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask.
• Strong knowledge about Web analytics and Search Engine Optimization.
• Understanding of 508 compliancy.
• US Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience to include excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with clients and present findings.
