We are seeking a SEO & Web Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and take ownership of optimizing Bluevine's web channel. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of site content updates, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, copy, design, and web development teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic growth and enhance online visibility for Bluevine's financial products and services. Additionally, you will focus on achieving conversion goals while maintaining a user-centered approach to deliver engaging, seamless, and effective web experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of site content updates.
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies and internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO best practices.
  • Direct off-page SEO initiatives, including outreach and link-building campaigns.
  • Manage and execute site content updates, coordinating with product, copy, design, and development teams.
  • Oversee the structure and strategy of the site, ensuring an intuitive and effective user journey.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing, set up experiments, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
  • Leverage Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to monitor site performance, traffic, and user behavior.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SEO, web content management, CRO, UX Design or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Proven track record with SEO optimization, including keyword research, on-page best practices, and backlink strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and methodologies.
  • Ability to provide actionable UX recommendations and govern site strategy effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with web technologies, trends, and best practices.
