About the position

The SEO & Website Specialist at Studio Lyn is responsible for managing multiple websites, ensuring effective communication with clients, and overseeing SEO strategies to enhance online presence. This role involves project coordination, content management, and the implementation of SEO best practices to drive organic growth for clients. The position is expected to evolve into a management role as the team expands.

Responsibilities

• Management of approximately 8 websites at any given time.
• Oversee client processes related to these websites, including meetings and communication.
• Ensure proper billing for client services.
• Review and annotate SEO copywriting from a team of writers according to established guidelines.
• Coordinate content approval with appropriate team members and clients.
• Manage the implementation of 100-150 articles per month onto WordPress websites, ensuring quality assurance.
• Follow a web-hosting checklist to regularly review websites, aiming to handle up to 150 site check-ins.
• Conduct SEO keyword research and trend reporting for 35 clients aiming for rapid growth.
• Maintain websites on the hosting server (Hostinger) and run regular tests to keep them updated.
• Stay informed on new industry trends and technologies affecting website development and SEO.
• Oversee Google Search Console for accounts and resolve any issues that arise.
• Manage PPC Ad Campaigns and Facebook/Instagram Ad Campaigns, optimizing for maximum results.
• Lead the SEO content plan to generate 8 leads per month from organic SEO within the first 6 months.
• Improve core vitals, meta/title, page speed optimization, and technical SEO for new onboardings and SEO clients.
• Work with and oversee the SEO and future web team, including writers, content planners, designers, and developers.
• Meet with clients for account management and assistance, with an expectation to expand responsibilities by 25% through improved systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
• Experience planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations.
• Working knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services.
• Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress and SurferSEO.
• Dedication to innovative designs and collaborative problem-solving.
• Experience in multiple OS environments.
• Experience with eCommerce.
• Proven success in a project coordination role.
• Experience implementing and using modern web development workflows and operations.
